Our website offers employer, candidate, and general contact forms. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, financial records, or other sensitive personal information through these forms.

Information we collect

Employer inquiries may include company and contact details, positions to fill, compensation, and hiring needs. Candidate inquiries may include name, email, city or region, target role, experience, and preferences. General messages may include name, email, subject, and message. Résumé uploads are not offered through these forms.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, assess recruiting needs and potential role matches, and communicate about relevant opportunities. We request candidate permission before presenting a résumé to an employer.

Hosting and form processing

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and makes them available in our Netlify account. Submission notifications are configured to clint@thesummitrcg.com. Notification emails are not intended for secure résumé storage.

Access, security, and retention

Access to form submissions is managed through our Netlify account. We use account protections, including two-factor authentication. We retain inquiry information as needed for recruiting communications and business operations, subject to applicable requirements, and review deletion requests sent to the address below. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
